Where a classic co-founder pours everything into one venture, a fractal co-founder weaves the same care and craft through several — contributing where the alignment runs real, rather than trying to run everything from the center.

What co-creating here feels like

Why now

From the same notebook: we stand at the beginning of an age where anyone with a fast-enough laptop, a phone, and an internet connection can create almost anything. What remains missing — psychologically, culturally, and practically — is the infrastructure to call together a team around an idea.
